Our salon consultants work to provide the best service possible. Part of that promise is to help you with business challenges and placing orders. Our consultants are always staying up-to-date with what brands are doing. They attend educational classes and have trainings on the brands we carry and the new products we receive. Feel free to reach out regarding order forms, loyalty programs, color charts, and our bi-monthly magazine. These materials are here to help you with your ordering process.
Order by Phone Call
You can always contact our experienced industry representatives at 888.767.7631. Our customer service department works to stay up-to-date on the products and brands we carry. Simply call the number and work with them to place an order.
Order by Text Message
Text your order to 888.767.7631. Feel free to text the products or send an image of what you need. Reach out for a complimentary texting book from us.
Order by Email
Send your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer service will review the order and add it to your account. Feel free to send a message with questions, products, quantities, or issues.
Easily place orders online by searching through the product categories, adding them to your cart or wish¬lists, or using the Quick Add system to add products to your cart. Save products for later for when you are ready to order.
1. Click on “Register” button. This button is located in the footer (located at the bottom) of our website.
2. Fill out the form and click submit. Items with asterisks are required to be filled out in order for us to register your account.
3. A “Thank you” pop-up should appear on your screen indicating that you have submitted a request.
4. Check your email for a “Thank You for Signing Up” email. Note: If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, you may have typed your email address incorrectly.
5. We will activate your account within 2 business days.
6. You will receive an email response from our customer service department with your login information.
7. Once you have received the information, log in to your account on the login page at the top right of manocoblue.com.
8. Under “Settings,” you can reset your password and update additional information.

Tips for Ordering:
- Add a product to your cart by clicking the “ADD TO SHOPPING CART” or “ADD TO WISHLIST” button under each product name.
- When searching for products, use the filters on the left of your screen to help you find a particular product type or brand.
- Select the “Add to Compare” box under each product to compare products before adding them to your cart.
- Use the magnifying glass in the top right of your screen to search for products by product name, brand, SKU number, or keywords.
- Easily address an issue with an order by submitting a new case online.
- Our customer service department is available from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Always remember to provide the product’s name, size, and the total quantity needed.
- Inform customer service if you are working with a salon consultant.
- Be sure to update you salon information such as email address, phone number, and mailing address in case any changes occur.
- This helps us to keep you up-to-date on any changes, issues, or promotional events.
